digital printing

General

Digital printing is an innovative printing process in which, unlike offset or screen printing, the print image is transferred directly from the computer to the printing machine; no printing plates or printing films are required for production. Digital color printing supports the precise color-true reproduction of templates or certain standardized colors. A high level of color accuracy is achieved through specific settings, linearizations and calibration of the machines. The digital transfer of print images results in considerable advantages in terms of the dimensions of the prints. With print widths of up to 500 cm, printed products beyond the limiting size ratios of screen and offset printing can also be easily produced. In addition, even the smallest batch sizes can be implemented efficiently and therefore cost-effectively.

thermal sublimation printing

Sublimation printing is a process in which water- or solvent-based ink is first applied to a carrier material. The printed image, which initially appears quite pale, is vaporized (sublimated) in a second production step using high temperatures. This causes the pigments in the printing ink to burst, bond firmly to the carrier material (which is why the materials are washable) and develop their full and intense color. Special inks are used in sublimation printing, which are particularly popular for production on fabrics, stretch, lycra, satin or flag fabrics.

We supply the following products using this printing technique:
Eco-banners - decorative frames - XL banners - L-displays - X-displays - Disquick - Zipper displays - start numbers - table pennants - table beach flags - construction fence screens in polymesh

direct printing

In contrast to sublimation printing, direct printing uses water-based textile ink to print directly onto the carrier medium and then heat-fixes the ink using a roll-to-roll unit or a calender.

We use the “Raptor 320 flag printer” for our textile printing - a new generation in digital textile printing .
This textile printer with a print width of up to 320 cm was specially developed for the 100% through-print that is so important for advertising flags, ie the back appears exactly as a mirror image with the same color coverage.

We supply the following products using this printing technique:
Advertising flags - Beach flags - Fabric banners

latex printing

HP Latex Inks deliver long-lasting, durable prints that withstand all weather conditions, with crisp, vibrant image quality that stands up to scrutiny.
Outdoor prints made with HP Latex Inks have a durability of up to three years unlaminated and are scratch, dirt and water resistant on a wide range of media.
Innovative, water-based HP Latex Inks offer many of the benefits of solvent-based inks without posing any environmental, health, or safety risks. HP Latex Inks meet a range of industry-leading certifications and do not generate ozone during the printing process or contain any hazardous air pollutants.

We supply the following products using this printing technique:
Advertising tarpaulins - construction fence screens in Gittex mesh - kiosk flags

UV printing

In contrast to conventional solvent printing, UV printing hardens the UV-sensitive ink through intensive UV exposure. This process is directly linked to the print production and takes place immediately after the print image is applied. This results in the crucial advantage that the ink does not penetrate the material, but hardens on the material to be printed. Thanks to the so-called "shock drying", the UV ink does not need long drying times. The rapid drying is an advantage, especially for double-sided production. In addition, extremely high printing speeds can be achieved with the process.
